Where Purpose Meets Real Estate
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Joel built his career as a veterinarian, caring for animals and the people who love them. Those experiences shaped his belief that homes are more than structures; they are places of safety, care, and belonging.
Through the Homes & Hounds Initiative, Joel brings this philosophy into his real estate work. Each transaction becomes an opportunity to help a pet find a home, receive treatment, or get a second chance at life. When clients work with Joel, they are not only moving into a new chapter, they are helping rescue animals begin theirs.
Homes & Hounds Initiative is Joel’s personal philanthropic program created to support animal rescue. Homes & Hounds is not a separate real estate brokerage or team but a mission-driven impact initiative powered by Joel’s real estate practice.
