My journey to real estate is a bit unconventional as I am also a veterinarian, holding both a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and an MBA in Applied Finance. Integrity, clear communication, and client-centered service have always been at the heart of my career, and I bring that same commitment to real estate. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or looking for the perfect pet-friendly property, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I pride myself on being highly responsive, efficient, and dedicated to educating my clients on the market. When I’m not working, you’ll find me out on the trails, competing in triathlons, or spending time with my Australian Shepherds Libby and Mojo. Northern Colorado is an incredible place to live, and I’m grateful to help my clients find a place to call home here!
Meet Cass
Cass Maloney was born and raised in beautiful Durango, Colorado, where he developed a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors. Whether hunting, fishing, camping, or simply exploring, Cass has always valued the natural beauty and lifestyle that make Colorado such a special place.
That appreciation inspired him to pursue a career where he could support the communities around him and help others experience everything Colorado has to offer. Cass moved to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.
Throughout his four years at CSU, Cass developed a passion not only for real estate, but also for Northern Colorado and its communities. Shortly after graduation, he earned his Colorado real estate license.
Cass is excited to be part of the NOCO LUXE team, where he can combine his knowledge of real estate, appreciation for Colorado, and desire to see Northern Colorado continue to thrive. He looks forward to helping clients achieve their real estate goals while contributing to the community he is proud to call home.
